2. What is your main character name?
3. What are the names of your alts even those you plan on keeping out of DKE?
4. List any references you may have. References within DKE are recommended (But not strictly enforced).
5. How did you hear about us?
6. What type of ships can you fly?
7. Which country are you from, and which languages can you speak?
8. How many skill points does each of your characters have?
9. What do you like to do in EVE Online?
10. How old are you (real life age)?
11. Do you have a working microphone?
12. On average, how many hours per week do you think you play?
13. Do you have any long term goals in eve? If so, please enumerate them.
14. What is your current corporation or alliance, and why are you choosing to leave them?
15. Which corporations and alliances have you been a member of in the past?
16. "Pilots with a desire for pvp" We expect our members to join at least 2 to 3 pvp ops a month, do you have any problems with that?
17. What FC experience do you have?
18. Please provide a link to the killboard you currently use.If you don't use one,
point us to a public one that might have some statistics on your characters.
19. Providence operates on a NRDS (Not Red Don't Shoot)system, do you have any problems with that?
20. What days/times are you most likely available for an interview on TeamSpeak?
